Long overdue, Quebec addresses the use of nefarious dog collars! The Prong Collar!
The use of prong collars is illegal in Quebec (and their sale will soon be illegal as well). If you see a dog that has been injured by this type of collar, report the incident to the Quebec Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries by calling 1-800-463-5023 (There is a $600 fine).
Thank You All for 2013

Our Newest Addition
Meet Miss June Bug, our newest addition. Like so many chows, June Bug was a "throwaway" chow, rescued from a puppy mill, she never learned about humans, sociailization or how to live in the world around her. This makes her essentially; "unadoptable". Follow the progress and exploits of Miss June Bug as we get her ready to meet her new world head on with new tools in her toolbox.
